The first step in improving your hearing is to activate your benefit by talking with an EPIC hearing health counselor. Our knowledgeable hearing counselor will discuss your hearing loss and refer you to the independent ear physician or audiologist best able to diagnose and treat your specific needs. To make your experience as smooth as possible, your hearing counselor can also schedule an appointment for you.
