EPIC's Hearing Service Plan offers you a national alliance of independent ear physicians and audiologists dedicated to high-quality hearing care.

Your EPIC benefit ensures substantial savings – between 35% and 50% – on name-brand hearing aids and products to protect and improve your hearing. This benefit is also extended to your family members.

The first step in improving your hearing is to activate your benefit by talking with an EPIC hearing health counselor. Our knowledgeable hearing counselor will discuss your hearing loss and refer you to the independent ear physician or audiologist best able to diagnose and treat your specific needs. To make your experience as easy as possible, your hearing counselor can also schedule an appointment for you.

Your EPIC hearing counselor will stay in contact with you to make sure you are satisfied with our services and products.
