Warranty: 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing and performance defects. Within that 1-year period, if Lexie finds your hearing aids to be defective, they will repair or replace them free of charge.

Returns: Devices can be returned to Lexie Hearing for a refund within 45 days of purchase. For more information, please read Lexie’s return policy.
